To deal with deeper problems which require healing and usually have originated from childhood. Early messages have caused people to make decisions about themselves, others, and life. Often the decisions are outdated and limiting and can now be changed to positive decisions, and to develop positive thinking that will make it possible to create all that you desire in life.

Transactional Analysis Coaching & Counseling

To make changes in the way you think, feel or behave which will enhance your life. To change old patterns for new effective ones. Usually from 8 - 10 sessions. Couples work, individuals, families, groups, issues of domestic violence

Imago Couples Therapy

This therapy allows couples to learn processes to enhance relationships and to consciously heal and develop the relationship they desire. It can also be for couples who are separating and wish to do so with dignity and without conflict.

Supervision

Clinical Supervision provided to counsellors and psychotherapists.

Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique is a new technique for healing by working with energy meridians in our bodies.It brings rapid relief for trauma, PTSD, grief, anger, depression, anxiety, and has been successful in relieving many physical symptoms.It works by tapping on various acupressure points. This tapping balances energy meridians which have been disrupted. I am now offering training in this new technique.
